The basics
What is Enaloop?
A free directory where brands, agencies and business owners find content creators of every size, watch their real work and contact them directly. Creators get a free profile, a link-in-bio page and a printable media kit.
Is it really free?
Yes, for everyone. There are no paid plans, no demo calls, no subscriptions and no commission on deals. Browsing, messaging, lists and exports are all free.
How does Enaloop make money?
It doesn't yet. Later, clearly labelled ads will pay the bills. Enaloop will never charge for access, take a cut of your deals or sell your personal data.
How do you check creators?
A person on our team reviews every creator before they're listed, and checks for:
- a real person, under their own name or the name they work under
- their own work, with posts on other accounts marked “Made for @…”
- genuine links and handles, and numbers that aren't implausible
- nothing that breaks the community guidelines
- nothing suggesting they're under 18
Each listed profile carries a “Reviewed by Enaloop” badge that says the same. It doesn't vouch for audience quality or results.
Do I need an account?
Not to watch the feed or read profiles, and you can see the first 10 creators of any directory search. A free account shows you every creator and lets you message them, see the contact details they choose to share, save creators to lists and export them.
How do I sign in?
With your Google account. Your first sign-in creates your free account. There are no passwords to remember or leak. For extra safety, turn on two-step verification in Settings: then signing in also asks for a 6-digit code from an authenticator app.
Should I turn on two-step verification?
We recommend it. Your account holds messages, contact details and your lists. With two-step verification on, someone who gets into your email still can't get into Enaloop. You set it up once in Settings with any authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password, and save ten backup codes in case you lose your phone.
Who can use Enaloop?
Anyone 18 or older. One account can do both: you can have a creator profile and hire other creators. Read the Terms of use for the details.
For brands and agencies
How do I find the right creators?
Search by niche, city or what you need (for example “UGC food creators in London”), then filter by what they offer, niche, creator type, format, country, language, platform, availability, followers and barter. Or open the feed and scroll their real posts.
What's the difference between content and sponsored posts?
- Content for your brand: the creator makes videos and photos, and you post them on your own pages and in ads. Their follower count doesn't matter.
- Posts to their followers: the creator posts about you on their own accounts, so their followers see your brand.
- Content and posts: the creator does either, whichever the job needs.
Where do follower numbers come from?
Numbers a creator types in are labelled “Self-reported”, with a date. Once TikTok approves Enaloop, creators can also connect TikTok: then the numbers come from TikTok and the badge says “TikTok connected” with a date. Unknown numbers show as a dash, never as 0. A connected account proves who owns it; it doesn't certify audience quality.
What's a hidden gem?
A creator who makes content for brands, has a small following (or doesn't share it) and has at least two posts to show. They're easy to miss when you sort by followers, so they get their own section.
Can I pay creators in products or services instead of money?
Yes, with creators who are open to it. Turn on the Barter-friendly filter to see only them. Barter is still a deal: agree what you're giving, what you get, the dates and where it can be used, in writing.
How do I contact a creator?
Press Message to send a request on Enaloop: one message saying who you are and what you need. Once they accept or reply, you can keep talking. If they share a phone number, WhatsApp or business email, signed-in members can see it on their profile and contact them directly.
Are there limits?
A few, to keep spam out: up to 20 new message requests and 50 contact-detail reveals a day per member. Ongoing conversations aren't limited for normal use.
Can I export a list?
Yes, as an Excel or CSV file that opens in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers. It includes every number with its source and date, and contact details only for creators who allow them in exports. Contact details in an export count towards your 50 contact-detail reveals a day, and past that the file says who was left out. Notes go in only if you tick “Include notes”. On a shared list, that includes your teammates' notes.
Does Enaloop handle payments or take a cut?
No. You agree terms and pay creators directly. Enaloop isn't part of the deal and doesn't handle payments, contracts or commissions.
Can my whole agency use it?
Yes. Create a team and invite your colleagues. Share lists and campaigns with the team, group campaigns by client or project, and track every creator from shortlisted to paid, with deals, deliverables, due dates and who's looking after them.
For creators
How do I get listed?
Choose “Get listed free”, sign in and follow the steps. It takes a few minutes and it's free. You can pause or delete your profile at any time. See how it works.
Why is my profile in review?
Our team checks every new creator profile before it's listed, so brands can trust what they find. We look for a real person, work you made and nothing against our guidelines. Most reviews take a day or two, and we email you when you're live or if something needs changing.
I'm a model or presenter without a big social following. Can I join?
Yes. Choose “I make content for brands” and the Model or Presenter type, then pin posts you appeared in on brands' accounts. They show as “Made for @brand”. You don't need your own channel to be found and hired.
Do I need a big following?
No. Choose “I make content for brands”, and brands find you by your work. Creators with small followings and strong posts appear as hidden gems, which brands browse on purpose.
Do I have to connect TikTok or Instagram?
No. You can pin links to your public TikTok or YouTube posts and type in your follower counts, which show as self-reported. Once TikTok approves Enaloop, connecting TikTok will add live stats and your recent videos. Connecting Instagram comes after Meta approves Enaloop. Enaloop can't post or message for you.
Who sees my phone number or email?
Only signed-in members, and only the details you choose to show. You decide separately whether each one can appear in brands' exports. Or share none, and brands can only message you on Enaloop. Change it any time in your contact settings.
Can I show content I made for a brand's account?
Yes, if you made it. It shows as “Made for @brand”, so it's clear whose account it's on. You confirm you made it when you pin it.
Should I turn on “Open to barter”?
It's up to you. Some brands pay with products, services or experiences, like a meal, a stay or a product to keep, and they filter for creators who are open to it. You can still show a starting rate, and you choose which deals to take. Barter can count as income for tax, and ads you make for it still need to be labelled as ads.
Who can see my stats?
Your follower numbers are public, with their source. Your Enaloop stats (profile views, saves, contact clicks and conversations) are only for you, and they're totals: you never see who viewed or saved you, and nobody sees that about anyone else either.
How do I pause or delete my profile?
Pause it from your dashboard: you disappear from search and the feed, and your profile, link-in-bio page and media kit are hidden until you switch it back. To delete everything, go to Settings and choose Delete my account.
Safety and privacy
Someone asked me to pay to be featured. Is that Enaloop?
No. Enaloop never charges anyone, and asking creators to pay is against our community guidelines. Don't pay, report the message and block the sender.
How do reporting and blocking work?
Profiles, conversations and the links on link-in-bio pages each have a Report option. An admin reviews each report, and the person you report isn't told who reported them. Blocking stops someone from messaging you or sending requests; unblock them any time in Settings.
Can Enaloop read my messages?
Only if a conversation is reported, and then only an admin signed in with two-step verification can open it. Messages are otherwise between you and the other person.
How do I download or delete my data?
In Settings: Download my data gives you a file with everything tied to your account, and Delete my account removes it. What deletion covers.
Do you use cookies?
Only essential ones: to keep you signed in and to protect signing in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics doesn't use cookies. Videos from TikTok and YouTube load only after you allow them, and those players may set their own cookies or similar storage. More in the Privacy policy.
Still have a question?
We read every message. For a problem with a profile or a conversation, its Report option is the fastest way.
