The short version
- Enaloop is free for everyone. We don't take a commission, and we're not part of the deals brands and creators make.
- You must be 18 or older. One account can both create and hire, and you can protect it with two-step verification.
- We review every creator profile before it's listed.
- Be honest: show only your own work, keep your numbers true, and use messages and contact details only for genuine collaborations.
- Payment, contracts, taxes and ad labels are between brands and creators, and that includes barter deals.
- We can hide content or ban accounts that break these terms or the community guidelines.
- You can delete your account any time in Settings.
1.Our agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and the legal name of Enaloop's operator (to be confirmed), a postal address for notices (to be confirmed), which runs Enaloop at enaloop.com ("we" or "us"). By signing in or using Enaloop, you agree to them and to our Community guidelines. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
A member is anyone with an account, a creator is a member with a creator profile, and a brand is anyone using Enaloop to find creators, including businesses, marketers and agencies.
2.Who can use Enaloop
Anyone can look around Enaloop without an account; some things, like seeing every creator in a search, need a free one. To have an account, you must be 18 or older, able to make a binding agreement, and not barred from Enaloop by law or an earlier ban. If you use Enaloop for a business or for clients, you must be allowed to act for them, and these terms apply to them too.
3.Your account
You sign in with Google or with a link we email you, whichever we offer. You can also turn on two-step verification, so that signing in asks for a code from an authenticator app, and we recommend it. Keep your email account, your authenticator app and your backup codes secure, and tell us at safety@enaloop.com if you think someone else has used your account.
One account can both create and hire. Use your real name or the name you work under, keep your details accurate, and don't share your account or open extra ones to get around a limit, block or ban.
4.What Enaloop is, and isn't
Enaloop is a free directory and messaging tool where brands find and contact creators. It isn't an agency, an employer or a marketplace: we don't take part in deals, handle payments or take a commission, and we can't promise you'll find work or the right creator.
We review every creator profile before it's listed, but a review isn't a guarantee: we don't verify every member's identity, business or claim. A "TikTok connected" badge shows that the account's owner connected it; it doesn't certify audience quality. Use your own judgement before you agree to anything.
5.Creator profiles and showcase posts
Review. Our team checks every new creator profile before it's listed, to make sure it follows these terms and the guidelines and shows work you made. We may approve it, ask you to change something, or decline it, and we may review it again after big changes.
Once approved, your profile is public, including to search engines, until you pause or delete it. You're responsible for what's on it.
You keep ownership of your profile and posts. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, format and show them on Enaloop, including in the directory, the feed, previews of shared Enaloop links and the exports members make, for as long as they're on Enaloop. The licence ends when you remove them or delete your account, except for copies members have already exported.
Pinned posts. You can pin up to 12 public TikTok or YouTube posts (Instagram posts later). We store each link and the details the platform provides, and play the post in the platform's own player; we don't copy your videos. Pin only posts you made and have the right to show. For a post on someone else's account, such as a brand you made it for, you must confirm that you made it and are allowed to show it in your portfolio; it then shows as "Made for @account". Posts that are deleted, made private or can't be embedded are hidden automatically.
6.Honest numbers
Every number on Enaloop shows its source and date. Numbers from a connected account come from the platform. Numbers you type in show as "Self-reported" and must be true on the date shown. Don't buy followers, views or likes, inflate your numbers, or claim work or results that aren't yours.
7.Messages and contact details
Use messages and contact details only to discuss genuine collaborations:
- Say who you are and what you're offering. Your first message to someone new is a request, and you can't send more until they accept. If they decline or block you, don't try to reach them another way.
- Don't add anyone to a mailing list, or sell, publish or use their contact details for anything else.
- Share exports only with people working with you on that project, such as a client. You're responsible for how they use them.
- Respect the limits. Each member can send up to 20 new message requests and make up to 50 contact reveals a day (contact details in exports count as reveals), and messages have a speed limit. We may change these limits to fight spam.
Links are allowed in messages; attachments aren't. Messages you sent stay visible to their recipients after you delete your account, from "Deleted user". Admins can read messages that are reported, to decide what to do about them.
8.Barter
Creators can say they're open to barter, meaning products, services or experiences instead of a fee, and brands can filter for it. A barter deal is still a deal:
- Agree in writing what each side gives and what it's worth, the deliverables, the dates, and the usage rights: where the content can be used, for how long, and whether it can run as an ad.
- Barter can count as taxable income, and each side is responsible for its own taxes.
- Advertising disclosure rules apply to barter and gifted content just as they do to paid posts, so label it, for example with #ad.
- A product sent without an agreement doesn't oblige anyone to post.
9.Teams
Agencies and brands can work as a team. If you create one, you're its owner. Owners and admins can invite people, change roles and remove members, and they're responsible for who they invite.
- Everyone in a team sees the lists and campaigns shared with it, including notes, and can change them. Lists and campaigns you keep private stay private.
- Lists and campaigns shared with a team stay with the team if you leave it.
- Everything in these terms applies to each member: contact details and exports used by a team are for that team's genuine collaborations only, and the daily limits apply to each member.
10.Deals between members
Any deal you make after meeting on Enaloop, paid or barter, is between you and the other member. You're responsible for its terms, contract, payment, taxes, usage rights and advertising disclosure, and for keeping your side of it. Enaloop isn't a party to it, can't enforce it and doesn't settle disputes, but you can report fraud or abuse to us.
Brands must never ask a creator to pay to be featured, to apply or to be hired. Enaloop never charges anyone.
11.What you must not do
- Break the law or our Community guidelines, or help someone else to.
- Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent who you are or who you work for.
- Share content you don't have the right to share, or that infringes someone's copyright, trademark or privacy.
- Spam, scam or harass anyone, or share malicious or misleading links.
- Scrape Enaloop or collect its data with bots or other automated tools, or copy its data in bulk to build a database or a competing service.
- Get around our limits, blocks, bans or security, or access data that isn't yours.
- Interfere with Enaloop or overload it.
12.Other platforms
Enaloop uses services from TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Google, but it's independent: none of them runs or endorses it. Their own terms apply when you sign in with Google, connect an account or watch an embedded post, and we're not responsible for their services. Posts and stats can disappear when a platform changes or removes them, and connected features depend on each platform's approval.
13.YouTube videos
YouTube videos on Enaloop play in YouTube's own player, through YouTube API Services. By playing a YouTube video on Enaloop, you agree to YouTube's Terms of Service. Our Privacy policy says what that shares with Google.
14.Moderation and enforcement
Members can report a creator profile, a conversation or a link on a link-in-bio page, and an admin reviews every report. If something breaks these terms or the guidelines, we may hide or remove it, or suspend or ban the account, without warning where safety or the law requires. We'll tell you why we acted unless we're not allowed to. If you think we got it wrong, email safety@enaloop.com and we'll look again.
Copyright and other legal complaints
If you think something on Enaloop infringes your rights, email legal@enaloop.com with a link to it, the right you hold and why it's infringed. We may share your complaint with the member who posted it.
15.Enaloop's name and content
Enaloop's name, logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. You're welcome to share links to Enaloop pages and profiles, but don't use our name or logo to suggest we endorse you, and don't copy our design or code.
16.Changes to Enaloop
Enaloop is free for everyone: there are no paid plans, we take no commission, and we don't sell personal data. There are no ads today; clearly labelled ads may fund Enaloop later. We may add, change or remove features, and we'll give notice of changes that matter. If we ever close Enaloop, we'll give you notice and time to download your data.
17.Disclaimers and liability
We work to keep Enaloop accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about other members, the accuracy of profiles, numbers or messages, the outcome of any collaboration, or Enaloop always being available and free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, revenue, data or opportunities, or for losses caused by other members, deals between members or other platforms.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing affects your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.
18.Ending your account
You can delete your account any time in Settings; Data deletion explains what happens. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or the guidelines, if the law requires it, or to protect other members. Parts of these terms that should naturally continue, such as those on deals, liability and governing law, still apply after your account ends.
19.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Enaloop changes, and the date at the top shows the latest version. We'll tell you about important changes by email or on Enaloop before they take effect. If you keep using Enaloop after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree with them, you can delete your account.
20.Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the governing jurisdiction (to be confirmed), and its courts handle disputes about them. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws where you live and can also bring a claim in your local courts. Before going to court, please email legal@enaloop.com so we can try to sort it out.
21.Contact
Questions about these terms: legal@enaloop.com. Anything else: our contact page. Legal notices by post go to the address in section 1.
